The apartment faces south onto a very quiet and sunny street, and the terrace offers views of the Tibidabo hills and the city. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset over the rooftops of the city. With a glass of wine, it's a perfect mix for your holidays.

The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a very comfortable double bed, wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a living room with TV, Wifi and a table.

This magnificent and bright apartment is located right in the city centre, just a few metres, 2 minutes' walk from Plaça de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, with all its luxurious fashion shops.

The apartment is welcoming, comfortable, very quiet and all spaces have natural light. It is completely renovated and newly furnished with new furniture.

It has 1 bedroom (with a double bed and single beds) and a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed, it is very bright and has views of the street. The kitchen, integrated into the lounge, is brand new and fully equipped.

When entering the building you have to climb about 25 steps before reaching the lift.

To/from Sants Station: L3 - green line - Plaça de Catalunya station (2 minutes' walk from the apartment - direction towards FNAC, Café Zurich - Pelai street).
