- Before arrival, guests are required to complete the online check-in form (automatically sent via email 7 days before arrival) and pay the tourist tax. These elements are MANDATORY for our system to organize key collection/provide self check-in codes.
- Additionally, guests performing in-person check-ins MUST schedule their arrival time, or give notice by phone when they are 1 HOUR away from arrival, so we can facilitate a quick and easy key collection.
- The tourist tax or tourist fee is a mandatory fee established by local law on tourist establishments: hotels, hostels, guesthouses, tourist apartments, etc.
- The amount of this fee is explicitly detailed in each listing as it varies between Barcelona and Girona.
- All guests will receive a request to pay the tourist tax before their stay via the booking platform:
- For Airbnb: guests will directly receive an electronic request from Airbnb to pay the tourist tax. Flateli will additionally provide a backup link in case the email is not received.
- For Booking.com: guests will receive a message with options to pay the tourist tax, either by card (sending the card number and expiry date to infolateli.com) or by bank transfer (with a screenshot of the receipt).
- For Flateli: guests will receive a message through the intranet to pay the tourist tax, either by card (sending the card number and expiry date to infolateli.com) or by bank transfer (with a screenshot of the receipt).

For apartments requiring key collection in person: between 16:00 and 20:00.
- LATE CHECK-INS: With prior notice, we can schedule late check-ins for an additional fee of €25 between 20:00 and 23:00, and €40 after 23:00.
- For apartments with self check-in: after 16:00.
In general, due to the scheduling of our maintenance team (especially for back-to-back bookings where guests check-out and check-in on the same day), we cannot guarantee early check-ins. You can always contact us to see if it can be accommodated in your specific case.
GIRONA
- It is possible to leave luggage at our office: Carrer de les Hortes nº7 (Girona)
BARCELONA
- Flateli 430 has a storage room where guests can leave their luggage until check-in time.
- For all other properties, with prior notice, we will make an effort to coordinate with the maintenance team for this possibility and allow you to enter early to leave your luggage and collect the keys.
GIRONA
We have an agreement with two parking lots close to the accommodations. It has a cost of €15/day, with a minimum reservation of 3 days. It is necessary to provide the license plate number to make a reservation.
BARCELONA
To see parking options near your accommodation, search "parclick Barcelona" on Google and enter the dates/address of your stay. This will show parking options near your apartment with prices.
In general, we do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 25. This is to ensure that our guests are respectful towards the neighbors, avoiding parties or noise in the apartment.
However, if you can commit to being respectful, contact us to see if we can make an exception.
It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the apartment (even near windows) and in common areas. This includes ALL types of cigarettes, including marijuana. Violations of this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking.
With prior notice, we can provide a crib for an additional charge of €5/night.
