Description
This pleasant and cosy rural house is ideal for enjoying nature with family and friends. It is located in the quiet town of Sant Jordi Desvalls, a short distance from the Costa Brava and the city of Girona.
It is important to highlight that parties or celebrations of any kind are prohibited in this accommodation and playing music is not allowed at any time, both inside and outside the accommodation, in order to guarantee the tranquillity and comfort of all guests and the neighbourhood.
This beautiful house is divided into 3 floors and is equipped for a total of 16 people.
On the ground floor, there is a cosy living-dining room together with a fully equipped kitchen. On the exterior, there is a large terrace perfect for enjoying tranquillity or relaxing after a hike through the trails and valleys of the area.
On the first and second floors are the comfortable rooms together with a lounge on each floor. It also has a billiards table and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views over the lovely nature of the area!
On the exterior part of the house, there is an exclusive pool and relaxation area for our guests. This pool area is completely fenced. The pool has a very pleasant water fountain that is turned on from a button. There are sunbeds and parasols to fully enjoy your holidays in this beautiful country house.
Finally, next to the swimming pool, there is a small "football pitch" space ideal for the little ones to play.
In summary, this farmhouse is ideal for coming to enjoy and disconnect with total privacy and tranquillity!

From 12 people onwards, there is a supplement of £22/person/night for guests numbers 13, 14, 15 and 16. Not applicable to children under 3 years old.

We had a fantastic week with our daughters, their partners and our 1 year old gand daughter. Really well equipped beautiful villa with everything we needed. We loved the pool area and and also the pool table. The villa is huge with great seating areas inside and out. Sant Jordi Desvalls is a short 2km walk down to the main road and then right up the sandy track. Supermarket Nonell in the village sells everything and the two ladies running it are adorable. We found a hidden gem of a restaurant in Colomers (a 2 minute drive away) called Toc de Vi it was simply devine and the setting is idyllic. Don't miss a visit to the old town of Girona and walk the walls it's just beautiful. The electricity went off during our stay and after contacting the emergency number the owner was there within 5 minutes to show us where the trip switch was outside and normal service very quickly resumed! Great service which we generally found from the Fateli team from the start of the booking to the end of our stay. Can not recommend this villa or company Flateli enough!

Flateli Diana - a gorgeous accommodation in a unique location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the hinterland of the Costa Brava, surrounded by endless fields and pure nature. Great villa, modern and quaint at the same time, with plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, two huge fridges, various lounge areas, a beautiful terrace and an amazing pool in the garden - all perfect! We will definitely be back in 2024.
