This very pleasant and bright apartment is ideal for families. It is located just 15 minutes' walk from the famous Sagrada Familia in the modernist Eixample district, one of the most modernised areas of Barcelona in recent years.
The accommodation has two bedrooms with large beds and wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a living room with TV and a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped.
It is located in front of the Auditorium and there are several typical restaurants with terraces, near the main streets such as Carrer Marina, which goes directly to the Olympic port (20 minutes' walk) with its wonderful beaches and Gran Via, which goes straight to Plaça Catalunya (20 minutes' walk).
The apartment faces a small, very quiet and sunny park.
Easy access with 2 metro lines 2 minutes' walk from the apartment:
L1 - red line: Marina station to Plaça Espanya, Cataluña, Universitat
L2 - purple line: Monumental station to Sagrada Familia

This gorgeous, brightly-lit apartment is located right in the heart of the city, a few meters (just a 2 minute walk) from Plaza Cataluña, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, with all its high-end fashion stores.
The space
The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. Every space has natural light. It's fully renovated and recently refurnished.
It has 3 bedrooms (one with a king-sized bed and two with two single beds) and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The spacious independent living-dining room is very brightly lit and has a view of the street. The kitchen, build into the living room, is brand new fully equipped. The living room has a comfortable couch, television set and Wi-Fi connection.
Upon entering the building you must go up 15 steps before arriving at the elevator.
