As a result of a long and careful rehabilitation of one of the most emblematic buildings in the city, these beautiful apartments emerge, a dream come true in the heart of the city.
Comfortable, spacious and taken care of in the smallest detail, this apartment is located in a traditional building in the old town of Girona in the emblematic Plaza Catalunya, the core of the city.
Completely renovated to offer all the comforts of modern architecture and design, it has a modern open kitchen with high-end appliances and all the necessary elements.
The living room combines the charm of stone with wooden floors, a comfortable sofa that transforms into a full 160cm box-spring bed, a TV with smartTV and a luxurious glass table. From the living room, there is an exit to a charming balcony overlooking the entire Plaza, the Onyar river with its colorful houses, the entire "Barri Vell" and the imposing Cathedral and St. Felix.
