The Pelayo street links the Plaça Universitat where the old University of Barcelona is located with the Plaça Catalunya, at the center of Barcelona, and is one of the more popular commercial streets of the city. It has 3 rooms in total. 2 large bedrooms with double beds and another room with two single beds, plus 2 bathrooms. From the spacious living room and one of the bedrooms you can access the magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the calm Barcelona sunsets, as it faces a quiet and typical Eixample block courtyard.
