This spacious attic is located on the top floor of a building with a lift, situated in the Gracia neighbourhood, one of the most emblematic in Barcelona.
The apartment has been completely renovated in December 2017. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (a single bed that can be converted into two beds). It also has a sofa bed in the living room in case children come and 6 people need to sleep. The bathroom with shower has been renovated while maintaining details of the Barcelona modernist style.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. In the living room there is a table that can accommodate up to 6 diners and a spacious sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed. From the living room you can go directly to a terrace with a table ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate of Barcelona and the wonderful views of Tibidabo.
The apartment is fully equipped with:

This magnificent and bright apartment is located right in the city centre, just a few metres, 2 minutes' walk from Plaça de Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, with all its luxurious fashion shops.
The apartment is welcoming, comfortable, very quiet and all spaces have natural light. It is completely renovated and newly furnished with new furniture.
It has 1 bedroom (with a double bed and single beds) and a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed, it is very bright and has views of the street. The kitchen, integrated into the lounge, is brand new and fully equipped.
When entering the building you have to climb about 25 steps before reaching the lift.
Easy access by metro, airports and cities by buses and tourist buses:
L1 - red line: Plaça de Catalunya station (2 minutes' walk)
L3 - green line: Plaça de Catalunya station (2 minutes' walk)
L2 - purple line: Universitat station (2 minutes' walk)
L4 - yellow line: Paseo de Gracia station (7 minutes' walk)
To/from the airport: Aerobús stop "Plaça de Catalunya" (2 minutes' walk from the apartment - direction towards FNAC, Café Zurich - Pelai street).
