This duplex offers an optimised space where functionality and modernity are combined. On the lower level, we find a fully equipped American kitchen, the living-dining room with sofa bed, and a toilet. On the upper level are the 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom). There is a second bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is located next to restaurants, cafés, a few metres from the Rambla and the commercial axis of the city.
