This spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment is completely renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed with its own full bathroom and a spacious living room with dining room separated from the kitchen by a bar. Very bright, it has direct access to the magnificent and quiet private terrace with sunbathing area. It has an outside table where you can enjoy romantic dinners by candlelight.
Recently furnished and with a lot of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped and is also new. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, television and wireless Internet connection.

The neighborhood is full of shops, bars and restaurants for all tastes and has the main centers of historical and tourist interest in the city.

Renovated in April 2019 and next to the beautiful Sant Antoni Market, this very sunny apartment, with wooden beams and traditional hydraulic flooring, is strategically located to enjoy Barcelona from one of the city's most 'trendy' areas.

The renovation has sought to enhance the space and divide it into 3 areas, an independent double bedroom, a semi-open double bedroom and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room has a sofa bed (foldable with a full bed base), and finally, there is a bathroom with a shower.

From the small table on the balcony, you can enjoy the sunshine while having a coffee.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building, and although it does not have a lift, it does not require climbing many stairs.

The Sant Antoni neighbourhood has become in recent years a place similar to the 'meatpacking district' of New York, it is one of the most emblematic in the city, with the beautiful market reopened in 2019, it is in an increasingly pedestrianised area full of small charming bars and restaurants.

It is located in the 'Eixample modernista' district and 5 minutes from the famous Ramblas and Montjuic (Olympic stadium and natural park). It is also close to the famous 'Moritz' beer factory, native to Barcelona. The neighbourhood is full of modern and cosy restaurants and bars with terraces and gardens.
