Description
Renovated in April 2019 and next to the beautiful Sant Antoni Market, this very sunny apartment, with wooden beams and traditional hydraulic flooring, is strategically located to enjoy Barcelona from one of the city's most 'trendy' areas.
The renovation has sought to enhance the space and divide it into 3 areas, an independent double bedroom, a semi-open double bedroom and a living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room has a sofa bed (foldable with a full bed base), and finally, there is a bathroom with a shower.
From the small table on the balcony, you can enjoy the sunshine while having a coffee.
The apartment is on the first floor of the building, and although it does not have a lift, it does not require climbing many stairs.

The Sant Antoni neighbourhood has become in recent years a place similar to the 'meatpacking district' of New York, it is one of the most emblematic in the city, with the beautiful market reopened in 2019, it is in an increasingly pedestrianised area full of small charming bars and restaurants.
It is located in the 'Eixample modernista' district and 5 minutes from the famous Ramblas and Montjuic (Olympic stadium and natural park). It is also close to the famous 'Moritz' beer factory, native to Barcelona. The neighbourhood is full of modern and cosy restaurants and bars with terraces and gardens.
Recommended places:
Federalcafe - breakfast, brunch and meals. Delicious cakes and coffees in a very cool environment.
Sucursal aceitera - tapas, wines and much more of very good quality in a very pleasant space.

This spacious attic is located on the top floor of a building with a lift, situated in the Gracia neighbourhood, one of the most emblematic in Barcelona.
The apartment has been completely renovated in December 2017. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed (a single bed that can be converted into two beds). It also has a sofa bed in the living room in case children come and 6 people need to sleep. The bathroom with shower has been renovated while maintaining details of the Barcelona modernist style.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal. In the living room there is a table that can accommodate up to 6 diners and a spacious sofa that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed. From the living room you can go directly to a terrace with a table ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate of Barcelona and the wonderful views of Tibidabo.
The apartment is fully equipped with:

Located on a quiet street and near a newly reconstructed pedestrian square in the authentic Poble Sec neighbourhood of Barcelona, where you will find several bars and restaurants to have a drink, eat peacefully or simply relax.
The kitchen is open and integrated next to the terrace with all the necessary appliances. There are two bedrooms (1 double bedroom, the other with 1 single bed) and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Near the entrance there is a living area with a sofa.
The apartment is located near the Port of Barcelona and it is a 10-minute walk to the famous Ramblas. Located at the foot of Montjuic (Olympic Stadium and Natural Park), you can enjoy spectacular views just a few steps from the apartment.
It is also close to the famous Barcelona fair in Plaza España, the royal residence, Plaza de España with the Magic Fountain and many fashionable restaurants and bars with cosy terraces and gardens.
